How do I know which shower door seal I need?
Visit our Identify Your Seal page to compare the different seal types. If you’re still unsure, contact us and we’ll be happy to help identify the correct replacement.
What glass thicknesses do your seals fit?
Most of our seals are available for:
• 1/4” (6 mm)
• 3/8” (10 mm)
• 1/2” (12 mm)
Each product page clearly lists the compatible glass thickness.
Can the seals be cut to length?
Yes. Our seals are designed to be trimmed to fit your shower door. We recommend using a fine-tooth saw or a sharp utility knife, depending on the seal type.
How long are the seals?
Our vertical seals are available in 86-inch standard and 95-inch extra-long lengths. Drip seals are supplied in 36-inch lengths. Please refer to each product page for exact dimensions.
What if I order the wrong size?
Don’t worry.
If you accidentally order the wrong glass thickness, contact us before installing the product. We’ll work with you to make it right because we want every customer to order with confidence.
Do I need to return a seal for a refund?
In many cases, no.
If a return isn’t practical, we’ll work with you to find the simplest solution. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to cut the seal into pieces and send us a photo before issuing a refund.
Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible.
How are the seals shipped?
To help prevent damage during shipping, our seals are carefully packaged in sturdy triangular shipping tubes with protective packing materials to ensure they arrive safely.Now we use a 80” wood brace taped to the Tube for extra protection
Are your products easy to install?
Yes.
Most homeowners can replace their shower door seals using basic hand tools. If you have questions during installation, we’re always happy to help.
