What you probably don’t have are the few specialized items that make adjusting a heavy glass door safer and easier.
A professional door-lifting tool similar to ours can cost more than $20 — a lot to spend on a tool you may only use once. Our specially designed wood door lifter accomplishes the job simply and effectively. The glass edge protectors help protect the vulnerable edges of the tempered glass, while the supplied support and 1/2” reference blocks eliminate the need to search for something that happens to be the correct thickness.
These aren’t expensive items. They’re useful items.
